Fair question. Here's what I bring: 13+ years of military and DoD contracting experience where trust and execution are everything. I've led enterprise IT transformations, built AI/ML systems from scratch, and managed classified networks. I'm investing my own capital and reputation. Everything I promise goes in the contract, not just marketing materials. And if I'm not the right buyer, I'll help you find someone who is.
Do you charge any fees?
No. I don't charge fees for valuation, consultation, or the acquisition process. I'm a buyer, not a broker. My only goal is to find the right business to acquire and operate.
What if my business is outside Texas?
I'm based in San Antonio and primarily focused on Texas businesses, but I'll travel anywhere in the U.S. for the right opportunity. Geography is less important than fit. If your business aligns with my expertise and vision, location won't be a barrier.
How do you handle confidentiality?
With military-grade seriousness. I'll sign an NDA before any sensitive discussions. I never contact employees or customers without permission. Your business is never listed publicly. And I don't share information with anyone, especially competitors. My background in handling classified information means I understand the importance of discretion.
